The National Railways Office (ONCF) and the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) signed a framework partnership agreement on Monday in Rabat aimed at strengthening their collaboration in the development of mobility services. and domestic tourism. This partnership materialized with the joint launch of the “Ntla9awfbladna” travel card. Concluded by the Director General of ONCF, Mohamed Rabie Khlie and the Director General of ONMT, Adel El Fakir, this agreement is based on the establishment of joint actions aimed at revitalizing national mobility and the attractiveness of the regions tourism from Morocco to nationals and Moroccans around the world.
This operation, which coincides with the start of the summer season, will make it possible to “create an important synergy between the expertise of the ONMT in the marketing of the tourist offer and the know-how of the ONCF in the development of attractive sharing in the service of sustainable mobility ”, underlined Rabie Khlie. For his part, Adil El Fakir estimated that “the two parties are also consolidating their experiences to provide travelers with a series of information and inspiration tools, in order to encourage them to travel more to discover the thousand riches of the kingdom ”.
Thus, this innovative initiative supports the development of domestic tourism which constitutes a major axis of resilience for national professionals after sixteen months of health crisis. On a practical level, the “Ntla9awfbladna” card invites you to discover the kingdom’s tourist attractions by train at very attractive prices, through two formulas.
For individual trips, 350,000 “Yalla Ntla9awfbladna” tickets costing between 49 and 99 DH are made available to travelers on board the Al Boraq and Al Atlas trains. Regarding small group trips, El Fakir informed that the “Ntla9awfbladna” card offers discounts of 50% on Al Atlas trains and 30% on Al Boraq trains for trips with family or friends of 2 to 5 people, thus facilitating accessibility and access to the entire Moroccan territory. It should be noted that the offers are marketed in all ONCF stations and on the “www.oncf-voyages.com” site until September 15, 2021. The actions of the two establishments also relate to information, communication, support, data sharing and the co-construction of development tools.
